No niekedy s\u00fa to len jedno \u010di dve pivk\u00e1. Ka\u017ed\u00fd v\u0161ak kladie d\u00f4raz na to, \u017ee ich pivo je nefiltrovan\u00e9 a nepasterizovan\u00e9 a t\u00fdm p\u00e1dom lep\u0161ie aspo\u0148 o dvadsa\u0165 stup\u0148ov <em>lep\u0161osti<\/em> oproti \u201etakzvan\u00fdm europiv\u00e1m\u201c. \u010co ale v\u0161etky tieto vyhl\u00e1senia znamenaj\u00fa v praxi? Ak je pivo vyroben\u00e9 v minipivovare, spotrebn\u00e1 da\u0148 na\u0148 je ni\u017e\u0161ia. To plat\u00ed aj pre piv\u00e1 dovezen\u00e9 zo zahrani\u010dia. Vin\u00e1rstva tak\u00e9to probl\u00e9my nemaj\u00fa, preto\u017ee za v\u00edno sa spotrebn\u00e1 da\u0148 neplat\u00ed. To je osem\u00a0olympijsk\u00fdch baz\u00e9nov. Pokrylo by to denn\u00fa spotrebu tekut\u00edn\u00a0jedn\u00e9ho \u010dloveka na nie\u010do cez 27 000 rokov. Teda a\u017e do najbli\u017e\u0161ej doby \u013eadovej. V ka\u017edom pr\u00edpade, minipivovar je pojem celkom byrokratick\u00fd.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Remeseln\u00e9 pivovary<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Remeseln\u00fd pivovar je pivovar, ktor\u00fd ma vysok\u00fd podiel ru\u010dnej pr\u00e1ce. Teda \u017ee nefunguje tak, \u017ee stla\u010d\u00edte tla\u010didlo a zrazu (o p\u00e1r dn\u00ed) te\u010die pivo. V remeselnom pivovare musia pr\u00eds\u0165 \u013eudia a zapoti\u0165 sa. Nav\u00e1\u017ei\u0165 slad a chme\u013e, zohria\u0165 vodu, uvari\u0165 pivo, \u010dasto ru\u010dne vy\u010disti\u0165 kvasn\u00e9 n\u00e1doby, a tak \u010falej. R\u00f4zne pivovary maj\u00fa r\u00f4zny podiel \u013eudskej pr\u00e1ce. Remeseln\u00fd pivovar nemus\u00ed by\u0165 nutne aj minipivovar. Aj ve\u013ek\u00e9 pivovary m\u00f4\u017eu ma\u0165 vysok\u00fd podiel ru\u010dnej pr\u00e1ce. A na druhej strane, to, \u017ee pivovar nie je remeseln\u00fd, nemus\u00ed znamena\u0165, \u017ee jeho piv\u00e1 s\u00fa menej kvalitn\u00e9. Napr\u00edklad <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lukulia.sk\/magazin\/predstavenie-trapistickych-piv\/\">trapistick\u00e9 kl\u00e1\u0161tory<\/a> m\u00e1vaj\u00fa len nieko\u013eko desiatok mn\u00edchov, z ktor\u00fdch sa v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou len nieko\u013ek\u00ed venuj\u00fa vareniu piva. Ke\u010f\u017ee musia (teda vlastne nemusia, ale chc\u00fa, aj ke\u010f vlastne nechc\u00fa&#8230; skr\u00e1tka to robia) nap\u013a\u0148a\u0165 celosvetov\u00fd dopyt, jednoducho nem\u00f4\u017eu v\u0161etko robi\u0165 ru\u010dne. Napriek tomu s\u00fa ich piv\u00e1 pova\u017eovan\u00e9 za jedny z najlep\u0161\u00edch na svete.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Re\u0161taura\u010dn\u00e9 pivovary<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Re\u0161taura\u010dn\u00e9 pivovary s\u00fa podmno\u017eina minipivovarov, ktor\u00e9 maj\u00fa vlastn\u00fa re\u0161taur\u00e1ciu. Alebo je to sk\u00f4r naopak. Je to re\u0161taur\u00e1cia s pivovarom. V\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou je ich pivo dostupn\u00e9 len v tejto re\u0161taur\u00e1cii. V takomto malom rozsahu by samotn\u00fd pivovar nebol rentabiln\u00fd. Podnik zar\u00e1ba sk\u00f4r na jedle ako na pive. Ale vlastn\u00e9 pivo je jej podstatn\u00e1 pridan\u00e1 hodnota, ktor\u00e1 l\u00e1ka z\u00e1kazn\u00edkov.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u010co t\u00fdm chcem poveda\u0165?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Niekomu by sa z tohto \u010dl\u00e1nku mohlo zda\u0165, \u017ee o minipivovaroch nem\u00e1m vysok\u00fa mienku. No nie je to tak. Faktom je, \u017ee mnoh\u00e9 minipivovary zakladaj\u00fa\u00a0pivn\u00ed nad\u0161enci a domovari\u010di, ktor\u00ed navarili viac druhov p\u00edv ako niektor\u00ed z n\u00e1s v\u00f4bec ochutnali. Pivovar si zalo\u017eili preto, lebo chc\u00fa, aby ich \u017eivilo to, \u010do ich bav\u00ed. A ke\u010f je nie\u010do v\u00fdsledkom spojenia nad\u0161enia a znalost\u00ed, je to v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou \u00fa\u017easn\u00e9. Ale pozor, nenechajte sa oklama\u0165. Na Slovensku (a viac-menej po celom svete) sa zdvihla vlna minipivovarov. A tak ako pri ka\u017edej vlne, n\u00e1jde sa mnoho \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00ed sa na nej chc\u00fa zvies\u0165 a bez n\u00e1mahy zarobi\u0165. Chc\u00fa len vyu\u017ei\u0165 popularitu remeseln\u00fdch p\u00edv a pri\u017eivi\u0165 sa. Nenecha\u0165 sa oklama\u0165 nie je zlo\u017eit\u00e9, len to chce cvik. A ve\u013ea vypit\u00fdch p\u00edv. A pod ve\u013ea mysl\u00edm ve\u013ea r\u00f4znych druhov, nie poh\u00e1rov. Ak pivo pijete tak \u010di tak, tak ob\u010das siahnite po inej zna\u010dke, nielen po svojej ka\u017edodennej. Ak nakupujete pravidelne v supermarketoch, sk\u00faste ho ob\u010das k\u00fapi\u0165 v niektorej s\u00eddliskovej\/obecnej predajni. Chu\u0165 pivu do zna\u010dnej miery d\u00e1va skladovanie, preto ak zmen\u00edte ob\u010das predaj\u0148u, m\u00f4\u017eete sa do\u010dka\u0165 nov\u00e9ho z\u00e1\u017eitku aj pri tej istej zna\u010dke piva. Ak m\u00e1te poruke mal\u00fd pivovar z\u00e1jdite tam ob\u010das a ochutnajte nie\u010do nov\u00e9. Hlavne ke\u010f pr\u00e1ve \u010dapuj\u00fa nie\u010do sez\u00f3nne. Cena mo\u017eno bude trocha vy\u0161\u0161ia, ale svoje peniaze si aj tak do hrobu nevezmete. Ak m\u00e1te cestu po Slovensku, zara\u010fte do svojho programu aj niektor\u00fa re\u0161taur\u00e1ciu s vlastn\u00fdm pivkom. Aj cestou po dia\u013enici je viacero mo\u017enosti k\u00fapi\u0165 si nie\u010do, na \u010do sa m\u00f4\u017eete te\u0161i\u0165, a\u017e doraz\u00edte domov.<br \/>\nA tak pomaly, s ka\u017edou ochutnanou zna\u010dkou piva, s ka\u017ed\u00fdm pivn\u00fdm \u0161t\u00fdlom, s ktor\u00fdm sa zozn\u00e1mite, budujete svoje povedomie o dobrom pive. Zis\u0165ujete, \u010do je dobr\u00e9 a \u010do sa na dobre len hr\u00e1.
