V niektor\u00fdch krajin\u00e1ch, napr\u00edklad Ve\u013ekej Brit\u00e1nii, sa pred\u00e1vaj\u00fa aj ako polotovar, tak ako u n\u00e1s Cordon blue.<\/p>\n<p>Treba prizna\u0165, \u017ee to nie je jednoduch\u00fd recept. Teda je jednoduch\u00fd, \u010do sa t\u00fdka pr\u00edsad. Ale je potrebn\u00e1 trocha zru\u010dnosti a trpezlivosti pri rolovan\u00ed m\u00e4sa okolo plnky. A t\u00e1 rob\u00ed ten rozdiel medzi oby\u010dajn\u00fdm kurac\u00edm rez\u0148om a kurac\u00edm Kyjev. V\u010faka maslu bude m\u00e4sko jemn\u00e9 a \u0161\u0165avnat\u00e9. Bu\u010f ich prie\u010dne nare\u017eeme a vyklepeme na pl\u00e1tok, do ktor\u00e9ho maslo zabal\u00edme. Alebo do m\u00e4sa nare\u017eeme kapsu, ktor\u00fa maslom napln\u00edme.\u00a0Vyberte si mo\u017enos\u0165, ktor\u00e1 sa v\u00e1m zd\u00e1 jednoduch\u0161ia. V oboch pr\u00edpadoch m\u00e4so osol\u00edme a okoren\u00edme, a po naplnen\u00ed vytvarujeme uzavret\u00fd bal\u00ed\u010dek, tak aby maslo nebolo vidno, a teda aby pri pe\u010den\u00ed nevytieklo. Takto zrolovan\u00e9 m\u00e4so zabal\u00edme do potravin\u00e1rskej f\u00f3lie, ka\u017ed\u00fd kus oddelene a d\u00e1me cez noc do chladni\u010dky aby stuhlo a spojilo sa. T\u00fdmto sa n\u00e1m m\u00e4so z\u00e1rove\u0148 ochut\u00ed koren\u00edm z plnky.<\/p>\n<p>Na druh\u00fd de\u0148 m\u00e4so vyberieme z chladni\u010dky, odstr\u00e1nime z f\u00f3lie a obal\u00edme v trojobale. Teda najprv v m\u00fake, roz\u0161\u013eahanom vaj\u00ed\u010dku s trochou mlieka alebo piva, so\u013eou a \u010diernym koren\u00edm, a nakoniec v str\u00fahanke. Vaj\u00ed\u010dko a str\u00fahanku m\u00f4\u017eeme e\u0161te raz zopakova\u0165. Takto bude krusta pevnej\u0161ia a chrumkavej\u0161ia.<\/p>\n<p>Pri tepelnej pripraven\u00e9 m\u00e1me zase dve mo\u017enosti. Bu\u010f samotn\u00e9 pe\u010denie alebo najprv vypr\u00e1\u017eanie v oleji a potom dope\u010denie v r\u00fare. Prv\u00e1 mo\u017enos\u0165, teda len samotn\u00e9 pe\u010denie, je jednoduch\u0161ia. Odpor\u00fa\u010dam ju, ak si nie ste ist\u00fd t\u00fdm, \u017ee by sa v\u00e1m m\u00e4so pri vypr\u00e1\u017ean\u00ed nerozpadlo. Ako som vravel, nie je to na jednoduch\u00fd recept. A nie ka\u017ed\u00e9mu sa mus\u00ed hne\u010f na prv\u00fd kr\u00e1t podari\u0165\u00a0prsia dobre zabali\u0165. Tak\u017ee ak sme sa rozhodli pre pe\u010denie, pek\u00e1\u010d vystelieme papierom na pe\u010denie, pouklad\u00e1me na neho rezne a jemne ich pokvapk\u00e1me olejom na vypr\u00e1\u017eanie. Takto dostaneme chrumkavej\u0161iu krustu. D\u00e1me piec\u0165 do r\u00fary predhriatej na 180 stup\u0148ov na asi 20 min\u00fat. Pri samotnom pe\u010den\u00ed ale nedostaneme a\u017e\u00a0 tak\u00fa chrumkav\u00fa krustu, ako keby sme kura najprv vypr\u00e1\u017eali v oleji. Tak\u017ee ak sa rozhodneme pre vypr\u00e1\u017eanie, predhrejeme si olej, a jednotliv\u00e9 rezne vypra\u017e\u00edme z ka\u017edej strany do zlatista. Potom prelo\u017e\u00edme do pek\u00e1\u010da vystlan\u00e9ho papierom na pe\u010denie a dopek\u00e1me v r\u00fare predhriatej na 180 stup\u0148ov asi 10 min\u00fat.
