S\u00fa v\u00fdborn\u00e9 \u010di u\u017e na sladko, s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lukulia.sk\/magazin\/ako-si-pripravit-prepustene-maslo-ghi\/\">maslom<\/a> a d\u017eemom alebo medom, alebo na slano, ako ra\u0148ajkov\u00fd sendvi\u010d napr\u00edklad s vaj\u00ed\u010dkom a slaninou. M\u00faku, dro\u017edie a so\u013e zmie\u0161ame v mise. Mlieko, maslo a med d\u00e1me do vhodnej n\u00e1doby a trocha zohrejeme v mikrovlnke alebo na platni, aby sa maslo a med rozpustili. Premie\u0161ame a prid\u00e1me k muke. Potom prid\u00e1me aj vodu. Na \u00favod nie v\u0161etku, tak p\u00e4tinu si nech\u00e1me a potom prid\u00e1me pod\u013ea potreby. Cesto m\u00e1 by\u0165 sk\u00f4r red\u0161ie. Jemne mie\u0161ame ly\u017eicou alebo varechou a ke\u010f je v\u0161etko premie\u0161an\u00e9, e\u0161te asi 20 sek\u00fand premiesime. Zakryjeme a nech\u00e1me cez noc kysn\u00fa\u0165 pri izbovej teplote. R\u00e1no cesto vyklop\u00edme na pom\u00fa\u010denu dosku a opatrne pona\u0165ahujeme do pl\u00e1tu asi 2cm hrub\u00e9ho. Zakryt\u00e9 nech\u00e1me asi 10 min\u00fat odpo\u010din\u00fa\u0165. \u0160es\u0165 a\u017e osem centimetrov\u00fdm vykrajov\u00e1tkom vykrajujeme muffiny. Zvy\u0161ky tie\u017e sformujeme do muffinu. Ke\u010f je dostato\u010dne tepl\u00e1, ale nie \u00faplne hor\u00faca, postupne tam uklad\u00e1me muffiny tak, aby medzi nimi bolo asi 1-2cm priestoru. Pred ulo\u017een\u00edm na panvicu opr\u00e1\u0161ime prebyto\u010dn\u00fa m\u00faku. Zakryjeme a pe\u010dieme nasucho asi 3 a\u017e 4 min\u00faty na strednom plameni. Para, ktor\u00e1 sa tvor\u00ed pod pokrievkou, pom\u00e1ha muffiny piec\u0165 rovnomerne. Ob\u010das pozrieme, ako s\u00fa pripe\u010den\u00e9 zospodu. Ke\u010f sa n\u00e1m zdaj\u00fa primerane upe\u010den\u00e9, obr\u00e1time ich a zakryt\u00e9 \u010falej pe\u010dieme z druhej strany e\u0161te asi 3 min\u00faty.
